As the General Manager for PSHRM, Cyma has excelled in bringing together the HR community in Pakistan and to helping a new generation of HR leaders reach success in their professional and personal development. Since joining PSHRM she has played an integral role in reviving the mentorship and master class sessions and has assisted in bringing PSHRM to the forefront of the Global and Local HR Industry.
Through a deep analysis and insight of the local and global markets, she has helped to increase the awareness of policies and new methods being used in the HR industry.
She has been dedicated in her approach to the industry and is continuing to make an impact in her own right and has also initiated change to bring to light the important work that takes place in the HR industry in Pakistan.

Rahman
Sameera Rahman has been associated with PSHRM since February 2020. She has been involved as a team member in assisting to set up the website and for helping to manage other areas of PSHRM.
Sameera completed her education from LUMS with an undergraduate majoring in Economics and Finance. Since then, she has worked in education sector and likes the area of interacting with students to come up with techniques to help them develop their own ideas about topics and to be able to deliver them confidently.
She is an avid traveler taking special interest in areas in Pakistan. In her free time she much enjoys gardening and a cup of tea!
