Membership Categories

Individual Membership

Individuals with up to 5 years Management/HR experience.
1,000 Membership Fee
  • Working in Managerial position or in HR division
  • To be recommended by their Company's HR Head
  • Preference would be given to those working for Founding or Institutional members.
  • Shall have access to Society's Website
  • Can attend quarterly and annual conferences
  • Will not participate in election of General Council

Institutional Membership

All companies, firms, institutions, institutes, associations and organizations who have a specialized human resource function/ department and are desirous of becoming members of this Society.
20,000 Membership Fee
  • Listed on the Stock Exchanges / Member of OICC&I/Not for profit organizations
  • Minimum 5 years into business
  • Should have a Board of Directors
  • Not identified as a bank defaulter
  • They conform to SECP regulations
  • The individual heading the HR function should have management / HR background and experience to effectively contribute to PSHRM's activities
  • Proposed and seconded by Founding Members and meet the laid down criteria
  • The PSHRM Executive Council will review all applications and shall take the final decision in approving or rejecting the applications.
  • Can take part in all meetings as well as quarterly and annual Conferences
  • Shall have access to Society's Website
  • Will not participate in election of General Council

Lifetime Membership

25,000 One-time Fee
  • Presence of name on PSHRM website
  • Complimentary invitation to PSHRM
  • Privileged rates for PSHRM workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Members are invited free of cost to various networking events of the Society to network with Executive Committee of PSHRM
  • The PSHRM Executive Council will review all applications and shall take the final decision in approving or rejecting the applications.

Student Membershp

Students of Business Management, especially those specializing in HR.
1,000 Membership Fee
  • Recommendation from Head of their institution required
  • To be discussed and agreed by PSHRM General Council
  • Shall have access to Society's Website
  • Can attend only annual conferences
  • Will not participate in election of General Council

HR Professionals

PSHRM's Executive Council will prepare a list of distinguished HR professionals who have contributed to the profession or HR Forum/Society itself over the years but have now retired from active service.
Honorary Membership
  • Will be given Lifetime membership of the Society
  • Will be invited to attend Conferences/Seminars of the Society at no charge to them
  • Shall have access to Website
  • Free entry to quarterly / annual conferences
  • Will not participate in election of General Council
