The sixteen member countries of the Asia Pacific Federation of HR Management invite HR Leaders to experience the HR Leadership Journey 2017- a transformative journey that will allow leaders to hone their leadership capability while becoming a part of a community of change of HR leaders across the Asia Pacific region.

The HR Leadership Journey is an inward experience leading to greater personal insight resulting in superior leadership effectiveness essential for people leaders everywhere. Through a blend of world class facilitation and experiential learning we will explore deep shifts in mental models, relationships and traditional ways of operating which will allow us to co-create a community that will redefine the future of HR.

Program Facilitators:

Bob Stilger:

Bob Stilger is a conversation host, teacher, speaker, consultant, facilitator and coach who has spent 40 years building strong and vibrant organizations and communities in many parts of the world, including U.S.A, Zimbabwe, India, Brazil, Australia, and Japan. Bob uses the power of story to help people create thriving, resilient communities, remember how to listen to and connect with each other, and work together to create a preferred future. Since 2010, he has worked extensively in Japan, introducing collaborative spaces called “Future Sessions” and participatory leadership processes. His book titled ‘Afternow: When We Can’t See the Future, Where Do We Begin’ was published in Japanese in 2015 and in English in 2017.

Bob is the Founder and Co-President of New Stories and teaches at St. Mary’s College of California and Gonzaga University. He has a PhD in Learning and Change in Human Systems from CIIS.

Rahul Baswani:

Rahul Baswani is an internationally certified executive coach, trainer, facilitator as well as a master certified hypno-therapist. Rahul is certified in the use of the Hogan Assessments for leadership development and has coached over 400 Hogan test takers. As a certified Forum facilitator for the world’s premier leadership CEO organization, YPO, he has run nearly 100 training sessions using this group coaching methodology. Rahul is on Honeywell’s panel to run ‘Influence Edge’ developed by Vengel Consulting Group, USA. He also runs a Challenging Conversation class for Microsoft. Rahul is also a licensed facilitator for CCU Coaching Skills Clinic for Managers. He is the Founder President and founder member of Delhi Chapter of International Coach Federation.

Rahul has been in the industry for over two decades and has spent 12 years with Young Presidents’ Organization working across Asia Pacific, Australia, Middle East and North Africa. He is currently the Managing Partner at Sierra Next India.

Kanwer A. Saeed:

Kanwer is a dreamer, an authentic leader, an inspirational coach and one of a kind facilitator. It is his dream to develop communities of leaders that will go forth and achieve great heights through platforms such as the HR Leadership journey. He has more than two decades of experience in managing the human psyche in leading companies in Pakistan and abroad. In these two decades, he has excelled in shaping up ‘people’ strategies to tackle unique and dynamic challenges. Prior to founding Ascend Group, Kanwer has headed Human Resources for Engro Foods & Engro Fertilizer and previously he was with Unilever Singapore in the capacity of Talent Director for Asian Geography.

Kanwer is currently the CEO of Ascend Group, the Vice President of Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management and the Treasurer of Pakistan Society for Training & Development

Location: Borneo and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The HR Leadership Journey will be held primarily in Borneo in one of the oldest and most bio-diverse rainforests on Earth with an abundance of natural wonders, with one day in one of Asia’s top cosmopolitan cities, Kuala Lumpur.

Investment:

PSHRM Members: Rs. 240,000/- per participant exclusive of tax
