That was the essence on the HR Boot Camp 2012, conducted from the Society’s platform. The first of its kind to be held in Pakistan, the HR Boot Camp was a unique blend of learning through experience. This action packed program was especially designed for young HR professionals who aspire to take their HR skills and knowledge to the next level and become a positive force for change in their organizations. The purpose of this workshop was to develop mindsets capable of facing challenges,both physical and mental.
With the expertise of Kanwar Anwar Saeed, Director HR & Administration, Engro Foods and Executive Committee Member of PSHRM and Rubina Jamal, CEO of Insolito Associates the participants enjoyed learning througho a once in a lifetime experience.
Participants came together from different organizations spread out throughout the country and enjoying the diversity of experience and exposure provided to them.
Spread out over 3 days of camping at the Thandiani and Kanpur Lake, the team activities promoted leadership skills, teamwork and agility – dramatically accelerating the learning process.
