The HR Manager’s Forum has been in existence since the last 20 years or so. It started as an informal gathering of HR heads of a few multinational organizations. The basic intention of forming the HR Manager’s Forum was to create a platform for dissemination of HR related information. It was also intended to create a friendly environment in which the HR professionals could get together and develop networks for informal sharing of information both during the meetings and otherwise.
