Hi with reference to the salary survey carried out by Ferguson , thats quite an expensive exercise. I just wanted to know the salary range for basic positions for a company working in the engineering/manufacturing sector. Positions such as MBA-IBA with 6 years experience - 5 years total and 1 year relevant exp (relevant to the position currently being held) CA-Finalist with three years experience CA- with eight years experience regards Mona Adeel Manager HR Crescent STeel and Allied Products Limited
