| Well, as per my understanding about organizational productivity. I think interpersonal relationship is on of the factor of gaining high productivity. But make sure that before developing any interpersonal relationship one must focus on common interest and mutual trust.

| i think if you talk of numbers then forget it, u will not get quantitative figures for improved productivity as a result of good interpersonal relations. think of it at a different angle. if you r in marketing and and u have good relations with the people in finance, then a buy in for your great marketing idea may be quick. u can back your idea by actual numbers and cost benefits analysis even without going into formalities to correspond with the fianance department. |
