Badruddin Palanpurwala has an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration , Karachi University . He has a blend of experience for around 25 years working in Public, Private and Multinational Organizations. He has served in various capacities at Petroman, Jaffer Brothers, Middle East Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. He is presently associated with Tapal Energy (Pvt.) Ltd as General Manager Human Resources.

Mr. Palanpurwala has actively participated in several Management Development workshops held in Dubai , Singapore , Hong Kong , USA and Pakistan . He has Certification in Personnel Management from University of Connecticut , Hardford , USA . He is certified as Human Systems Development – Trainer of Trainers by Academy for Education Development, Washington D.C. USA.

Mr. Palanpurwala has developed and conducted number of Management Training Programs for various organizations. He is a visiting faculty member at Iqra University where he teaches senior BBA and MBA students specializing in Human Resource Management.

He holds professional membership of ASTD-USA, SHRM–USA, and PSTD. He is also a founding member of PSHRM and Trainers Resources Group.
