Certified as a Risk Officer by Citibank and a Coach by the GSK Learning Academy, she has worked for reputable institutions such as Citibank, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, GSK, Shan Foods & Gul Ahmed Textiles.
Currently serving as the CHRO at Telenor bank/Easypaisa, she is also an active member on various boards of directors. She serves on Circle Pakistan for Women Empowerment, Pakistan Human Capital Forum, Pakistan Society for Human Resource Management, Indus Valley School of Art & Architecture, State Life Insurance Company, and Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim.
Additionally, she holds roles as a Member of the Audit Committees and Chairperson of the HR Committees at the latter two organizations.
